Consultation calls give you space to share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and get a feel for how we might work together—whether you’re interested in coaching or therapy. It’s a simple way to explore your needs, clarify what support fits best, and make sure you feel comfortable before beginning.
Seven 7 does accept insurance; however, my 30% capacity for insurance clients is currently full. I am accepting self-pay and HSA clients at this time. If you'd like to be added to the waitlist for insurance, or if you have any questions about payment options, please feel free to reach out.
Therapy is clinical and available only to residents of Indiana and Connecticut. It may involve diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.
Coaching is more future-focused and non-clinical, centered around goals, mindset shifts, and personal or relational growth. It’s open to anyone, regardless of location.
Both are meaningful—each serves a different purpose depending on the season you’re in.

Yes. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all people, regardless of identity, background, or lived experience.
Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, with some availability in the evenings and on weekends.
